Emerald Cave & Four-Island Snorkelling Trip

Introduction

The reef around Koh Ngai is covered with lots of hard corals and is good for those who like shallow water snorkeling.
Koh Mook's amazing Emerald Cave is the highlight of this trip. The cave is a window into a lagoon through which safety-vest-clad swimmers are towed by local guides. The swim into the lagoon is fully eighty metres in length and a real adventure. koh muk

Halfway along the narrow darkening tunnel most visitors experience the pull of two strongly opposing emotions.

The claustrophobic fear of being almost entirely encased in rock urges the swimmer to retreat, while the speck of emerald light at the end of the tunnel, which alluringly illuminates a beach within, beckons the swimmer onwards.

The swimmers’ eventual emergence into the lagoon is a powerful experience, and one for which it is well worth conquering the earlier fear.

Koh Kradan is known for underwater weddings - every year many couples marry here.
It has a very nice beach and good snorkelling, right off the beach. Lunch will be served here.
Koh Chuack is actually not an island, just a big rock. It gets it name from the Thai word for 'rope'.

As there are strong currents here, we tow a rope behind the boat, which guests who aren't great swimmers can easily hold on to.
Koh Chuack is known for its colorful soft corals.
