The Koh Yao Noi area is the best place to learn to DWS in Thailand, and has 3 deep water solo climbing crags, as follows:

Climbers should be aware that deep water solo climbing can be dangerous. Many of the deep water solo climbing crag are protected by birds' nest collectors and must not, for the rock climber's safety, be approached without their permission.
