This well-located resort on Pattaya beach is to say the least no architectural marvel, built almost exclusively out of concrete and enhanced by none of the little rustic touches that Thais are so good at adding. It is also expensive for the standard of the bungalows provided, which are badly maintained and smelly.

Accommodation
Thai Style
These fan rooms are in need of demolition, the toilets are disgusting.
Garden View
These are a barely tolerable but not good option for those who want air-con, but aren’t bothered about tacky décor and lack of cleanliness.
Beachfront
These extremely over-priced units have broken windows, mouldy tiles, stained walls, soggy beds and ancient air-con units.
Family
Don’t do it to them! They’ll hate it these exorbitantly overpriced and horrible units, and you’ll get non-stop reproachful looks the whole time, for not sorting out something better.
