Andaman Sky reserves the right to terminate the holiday arrangements of anyone whose behaviour is such that it is likely, in the opinion of ourselves, the accommodation owner/manager or any other person in authority, to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other persons, staff, any third party or property. Any enforced cancellation of your holiday will be subject to 100% cancellation charges and Andaman Sky will have no obligation to refund or compensate, or to organise or pay for the return travel arrangements.
Customised holiday plans are the result of email conversations, which then result in an invoice. The information in the emails may become out of date or may have mistakes in it. We undertake to provide what we include in our invoices, at the prices stated on the invoice. We do not undertake to provide services described in emails. The contents of emails are irrelevant and we do not agree to be bound by them, the only important documents are the invoices, which we agree to stand by, even if mistakes made by us cause us to lose money.
