	This simple but beautiful resort is a good choice for couples who can do without air-conditioning and don’t mind a short bike ride to the beach, but is unsuitable for children, as it has no pool, as the beach isn’t good for swimming here, and as it is built into a hillside and has many sharp drops.
Bungalow number 1, which has a hot shower and private balconies to the front and side, is especially enchanting and, to unfussy couples who stay here, will feel like a private slice of heaven. Tiny inside, this comfortable bungalow comes with his’n’hers hammocks, each suspended from one of the 2 connecting squeaky balconies built from rustic round poles.
	It is located in a shady spot, on rocks that stick out into the sea. The up-close sea-views that this location gives the bungalow, and the sound of the waves to its front and side, make it maybe the coziest budget hideaway on the island.
The resort is modest - almost all expenses were spared when building it - but a little gem of rustic architectural design. The shady verandah built out over the sea is an especially beautiful spot, where more hammocks await those in need of a wave lullaby.
	The resort’s affordable massage room is constructed in a tree house amidst the spreading and gently swaying branches of a mature tree, surely an ideal spot to unwind over a good pummeling.
The restaurant at Sabai Corner Resort serves Thai and Italian food. For those in need of a change from Thai cuisine it will be found acceptable - the pasta isn’t bad at all.
