This resort consists of 4 buildings, each containing 6 rooms on 3 floors, 2 rooms to a floor. The building to the western end of the resort offers the best views, and the building to the eastern end, which is located behind another building, offers very poor views.
On the ground floor of each building are 2 'Comfort' rooms, on the 2/F are 2 'Standard' rooms and on the 3/F are located 2 'Grand Seaview' rooms.
The resort is located at the western end of Tonsai bay, fully 1 km from the bar scene at the eastern end of the bay.
The resort is backed by a large cliff, which reflects back the noise from the bars so, even at a distance of 1 km, bar noise can be clearly heard at night-time, though not so loudly as to interfere with sleep, except for very light sleepers.
The prices here are expensive considering there is no pool but, when the better value places are full, this is a reasonable choice.
Accommodation
Comfort
These rooms, like all the rooms in the resort, are decorated in a minimalist style which features lots of white everywhere - white bedspreads, white walls, white lamps, even white tables.
As the resort is only a year old, everything looks spotlessly clean and is still in immaculate condition. The balconies contain 2 comfortable loungers. There is a day-bed.
Standard
These are the room type to go for. They don't have a day-bed like the Comfort room type, but get better views.
There's not much point in paying extra for the better seaview from one of the 'Grand Seaview' units.
Grand Seaview
While these aren't the best value on Koh Phi Phi, they are very smart and, if the Standard and Comfort room types are full, will not disappoint.
The rooms to the western end offer good views.
Prices
The above rates are net per room per night and inclusive of service charge and breakfast for 2 people.
