Ao Nang Tower holds the easiest and most accessible deep water solo climbing routes near Ao Nang, Railay and Tonsai and is therefore the most popular deep water solo climbing crag in Thailand. A ledge on the far right of the deep water solo crag is easy to climb onto from the water and has enough room for several climbers to hang on to. Climbers can reach this deep water solo climbing crag by kayak. It has the following routes.
Climbers should be aware that deep water solo climbing can be dangerous. Many of the deep water solo climbing crag are protected by birds' nest collectors and must not, for the rock climber's safety, be approached without their permission.
