This modest but well-located hotel offers reasonable value for money, for those travellers who value cleanliness, but not decor or style.
The small swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace too small for pool loungers. The restaurant has no windows, and certainly won't be a place where the traveller will want to spend any longer than necessary.
The rooms in this unattractive Nana zone hotel all have cheap laminated plastic floor, which do as poor a job of appealing to the eye as they do of pretending to be wood. The rooms are decorated in a style that won't wow anybody, and furnished with cheap furniture that is as uncomfortable on the bottom as it is on the eye. While there is plenty to compain about with the decor and furnishings of these rooms, thet are spotlessly clean and in tip-top condition.
Accommodation
Superior Studio 33sqm
The lower-floor Superior Studio rooms get a view of a messy and ugly war concrete wall 3 metres outside the window, so it is essential to get a room higher than the 5th floor.
Deluxe Studio 37 sqm
All expense was spared in the construction of these units. Keep your sunglasses on indoors, or the lurid colours will give you a headache.
Grand Studio 42 sqm
These rooms are significantly larger than the Deluxe rooms, but the extra space has not been put to good use. They are underfurnished, and not recommended.
Deluxe Suite 52 sqm
The bedrooms in these units don't have any windows, which makes them gloomy. The plastic sofas in these units are larger than the plastic sofas 'boasted' by the Executive Studio units.
Prices
The above rates are net per room per night and inclusive of service charge and breakfast for 2 people.
