We had a great trip and felt that your company's services were one of the mail reasons it went so well.
 
Neither of us had any complaints. The best thing was the simplicity. Everything was put together in one itinerary and was completely paid for so that we could just arrive at the front of the hotel then sit back and enjoy the trip. We definately liked the private cars which were always clean and didn't smell of smoke. The drivers were also flexible if needed later or for another trip and had decent English.
 
Your website/emails were also very informative without being high pressure which pretty much sealed the deal. I liked that I could get an idea of everywhere available then have tours to fit my ideas.
 
Snorkelling Surins day trip - Lots of fun, great opening experience before the diving day. Islands were beautiful, enough time to snorkel each place. Lunch was nice and had a good crew and guides who were very friendly and helpful. Trip back was a bit harsh but I think you came out worse than us from that ... (how is your back, by the way?)
 
Khao Sok day trip- Really enjoyed this one as it was something very different and a bit of a challenge even. All inclusive price was very nice, even included the water bottles at the start. Lunch was VERY hot though, and none of us (Cath, myself and a Danish backpacker) could stomach it (they did say at the start it wasn't too spicy so we obviously have different ideas!). Your earlier advice that we take the guided walk was excellent as we wouldn't have seen half as much and learnt even less. Excellent value too.
 
Diving Similans day trip- Cath loved it as she'd never dived and is now getting her qualifications as a result. I also had a great time. Was a bit confusing at the start when we arrived at a store front and we just sort of stood around for an hour while loads of people arrived and left in groups. Once on the boat it was smooth sailing and everything went well. The dives were good and the instructor spoke excellent English.
 
Custom Sea Kayaking daytrip - Another great day out. The custom trip was costly from memory, but very good value. Having the longtail to ourselves meant we could pick and choose what we wanted to do, while Denny and the other guide were great with good English. Saw tonnes and loved the area. Best bit about this one was that everything was included - taxis, ferrys, longtail, lunch. Highly recommend offering
this as a Phuket option, just let people know that it may be a long day. Taxi driver also took us to and from Patong for a bit extra afterwards.
 
Thanks for your help planning the tours, and it was very reassuring to see you on the first couple of days just to make sure things ran smoothly.
