In this itinerary, which can be customised to your exact requirements, you go rafting, white water rafting, ATV (quad bike) riding, jungle treking, river canoeing and elephant trekking.

For the more committed adrenaline junkie, deep water soloing, scuba diving, cliff jumping, and rock climbing are optional activities.

One night is spent in a floating bungalow on beautiful Cheow Larn Lake, and 2 nights are spent in a treehouse.

On Koh Yao Noi you stay right on the beach in a front row bungalow at Lom Lae resort.

We can provide alternative activities such as spa sessions if you want to tone down the adrenaline factor, and we can provide suitable activities to take care of children and other accompanying non-adventure sports people.

This itinerary includes stays in Ao Nang, Khao Sok and on Koh Yai Noi.

In Ao Nang you check into a Superior room at the Haleeva resort, Ao Nang's best value resort with a pool. The resort is located within 30 metres of 3 excellent local-style restaurants, so is ideal for those who like Thai food. Ao Nang's shopping, bars and other eateries, offering Italian, Indian and other cuisines, are located nearby. The Haleeva is 900 metres from the beach, so many of our customers choose to upgrade to a Pavilion Suite at the Golden Beach resort, which is right on the beach.

On day 5 the adrenaline continues when you go ATV (quad bike) riding (2 hours) and white water rafting (5km).

On day 6 we take you on a private daytrip to Railay, where cliff-jumping, caving, trekking, abseiling (rapelling) and rock-climbing are all optional activities. You can visit the lagoon and/or the viewpoints too. This is a very flexible daytrip which we tailor to fit your adventure preferences and is an ideal way to see Railay, which is without doubt one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

On day 7 we slow down the pace a little, to give you a chance to catch your breath. There are no planned activities, but many of our customers choose to book a late afternoon optional extra trip to the Krabi Walking Street market, some of them preceding this with an optional extra trek to the Tiger Cave Temple.

Day 8 is a multiple choice day. You can either go snorkelling to Koh Phi Phi, rock-climbing to Railay or kayaking to Bor Thor. The choice is yours. You can also go diving, which costs extra, contact us to discuss your qualifications and experience, so we can recommend an appropriate dive day. It is not necessary to have any prior experience or qualifications.

Day 9 is a rest day, where you can optionally (and at extra cost) add in one of the activities you missed on day 8. Many customers, after climbing on day 8 on Railay, go climbing again on day 9 in Ao Nang, where there is also an excellent crag.

On day 10 you are transferred by private taxi to Khao Sok National Park. You check in to a treehouse at the Treehouse Resort. If you are on honeymoon contact us for an upgrade to the Honeynmoon Treehouse - it is built around a sturdier tree.

Khao Sok has southern Thailand's best elephant trekking. This isn't kids-only trekking through rubber plantations. In Khao Sok you trek up and down big hills, in rivers, through pristine jungle. If you think you have "been there and done that" when it comes to elephant trekking, this is the ele trek to show you otherwise.

For day 11, we combine this ele trek with a river canoeing trip into an ele trek and river canoeing daytrip about which we get very good feedback, even from people who didn't think the elephant trekking would be fun. If you wish to go jungle trekking instead of elephant trekking, contact us.

On day 12 you go jungle trekking, canoeing and rafting, and spend a night in a floating bungalow on Cheow Larn Lake.
