Description

	This holiday is perfect for seniors, for couples and for families who want to do more than just sit around pools and on beaches. No qualifications or experience of any kind are required.
The holiday has enough thrills to keep everyone happy, plus stints of down-time in comfortable, but affordable resorts. There is an emphasis on snorkelling and kayaking, as these are sports that are enjoyed by people of all ages. We have also included a bit of soft jungle trekking, and an elephant trek.
	Families with older children should maybe contact us to add in some white water rafting, ATV (quad bike) riding or rock climbing.
Other more adrenaline-pumping optional activities are deep water soloing, bungee jumping, scuba diving, cliff jumping and rock climbing.
	In our home base of Ao Nang we have a network of child-minders and babysitters to help out when required.
We take you to three fantastic destinations - Koh Yao Noi, Ao Nang and Koh Lao Liang.

After pick up on Phuket, we take you to Koh Yao Noi, where you spend the next day in guided exploration of the island's beaches and eateries. The following day we take you on an optional extra sunset beach barbeque on a deserted nearby island, then on day 4 on a kayaking trip to Koh Hong.
	On day 5 you are transferred to Ao Nang, which takes about 2 1/2 hours.
The next day you take the fabulous Koh Phi Phi Snorkelling trip
	On day 7 you go to Phanom Bencha National Park on an elephant trek and visit to the Hot Springs and Crystal Pool, with a visit to the Tiger cave Temple. On day 8 you take the Railay Lagoon trek, which can be as strenuous or as lazy as you like. If you like, you can laze on the beach while we look after your children (this optional service costs a little extra and depends on the childrens' ages).
On day 9 you have a rest day, or choose an optional extra Ao Nang activity.
	On day 10 you are trasferred to Koh Lao Liang. In the afternoon, if you like, you snorkel on the beach. Lao Liang is a great place for children but not for infants. Children can't get lost, there is no motor traffic, and the staff are very child-friendly. While Lao Liang is a good destination for children, it is never over-crowded with them, or noisy. Couples and seniors can always find serene spots to relax.
Day 11 is an easy day which includes a light bit of kayaking to Lao Liang South Island
	On day 12 you take the snorkelling day-trip, which can include optional deep water soloing. In all destinations we have included clean and comfortable, but budget resorts.
