This budget resort can lay claim to being one of the best in the kingdom, not because it offers particularly smart bungalows at particularly low prices or because it offers exceptionally good facilities, but because of its location.
Location, location, location - it's as important when choosing a resort as when choosing a house, and this resort occupies a really splendid spot at the northern end of Kantiang Beach.

Whilst this resort has a great location overlooking the northern end of kantiang bay and within easy staggering distance of the Aqua and Why Not bars, it is somewhat expensive for the standard offered. Some rooms come with complimentary visitors to share your bed, of the unfortunately non-human variety - bed-bugs have been reported to us as being a possibility here. If you want a really clean and spotless place, the best value place on Lanta is the Moonwalk.

These are rather overpriced and not recommended, the Seafront are almost as good.
Seafront
These are some of the best budget bungalows in southern Thailand, and are highly recommended.
The bungalows themselves are nothing special, but they have great views from the large balconies, and are located on fantastic Kantiang bay.
Seaview
The seaview from these reasonably smart bungalows is only a partial one, and is obscured by the bungalows in front.
Visitors who can afford one are advised to go for a seafront bungalow.
Garden View
There's nothing particularly special about these bungalows, but not much wrong with them either.
They are in need of a lick of paint, and cannot be described as being in really good condition.
